When she established HM Management Practices in 2004 Hazel envisioned a company based on sound, common-sense, experienced business acumen delivering successful projects for her clients.  Since then she has used her 15+ years experience as a Senior Management Executive to help her clients achieve business objectives with minimal risk and maximum bottom-line results.

Hazel knows that the most effective changes come from within an
organization, and that is why she structured HM Management Practices to work on-site with clients, as a member of the client team. Her energy and drive to achieve measurable results is contagious, and reflected in the quality of the team she has assembled.
